Fransmart Buyer Map
Dan Rowe | Fransmart | October 2026
As of 14 Oct 2026
Fransmart grows emerging restaurant, retail, personal care and entertainment concepts into franchise brands, and pairs those brands with franchisees who want to own several units.
This page maps both sides of that market, covering the young concepts that could become Fransmart brands, the operators who buy into them, and the referral partners the site names.
Counts are banded on purpose. A group with no clean public count says so.
Where the buyers sit
Counts cover every firm in each group nationwide. Most are single-location businesses; the concepts worth a call are the owner-led ones with a few strong locations and room to grow.
| Group | Organizations in the US | Under 20 staff | 20 to 99 | 100 to 499 | 500 or more |

Emerging concepts ready to franchise
The brand inquiry on the Fransmart site asks about concept type, open locations, trademark status, a current disclosure document and expansion goals. The concepts that fit are owner-led, have proven unit economics in a few locations, and have not yet started franchising.
At this size one or two people make the call, and the founder is almost always one of them.
| Group | Who usually signs off | Who else weighs in |
|---|---|---|
| Full-service restaurant concepts | Founder or owner-operator | Chef partner, lead investor, outside counsel |
| Fast casual and quick service concepts | Founder and CEO | Operating partner, CFO or controller |
| Personal care and wellness studios | Founder or owner | Lead investor, director of operations |
| Activity and entertainment venues | Founder or managing partner | Investors, general manager |
| Specialty retail concepts | Founder or owner | Business partner, CFO |
Operators who add brands
The site says many existing franchisees keep buying new brands, and its resources speak to experienced multi-unit operators. These are franchisee groups that already run units of other brands and want a second or third concept for their territory.
| Group | Who usually signs off | What they weigh |
|---|---|---|
| Multi-unit restaurant franchisee groups | CEO, owner or president | Unit economics, territory rights, build-out cost |
| Multi-brand franchise operators | Chief development officer or VP of development | Fit beside current brands, real estate pipeline |
| Holding companies that own franchise units | Managing partner or principal | Return on capital, depth of the operating team |
Referral partners the site names
The channel partner program names franchise consultants, real estate agents, operations managers and franchise owners as partners who refer qualified buyers. None of these groups has a clean public count.
| Partner group | Who usually decides to refer |
|---|---|
| Franchise consulting and brokerage firms | Principal or managing broker |
| Commercial real estate brokerages | Retail leasing agent or managing broker |
| Restaurant operations and management firms | Owner or director of operations |
